As a Reseller, you receive:

How the Reseller process works

• If you are interested in becoming an E-zekiel or Connect Reseller and meet the criteria outlined here, contact us. Upon approval, we will send you a copy of our standard Reseller Agreement. Once the agreement is signed, the support team will set up your Reseller website, complete with package information, pricing, order forms and payment processing. Resellers who invest some additional time in building out the website with specific benefits and reasons to buy from you benefit from increased traffic and sales.
• As a Reseller, you will be responsible for marketing to drive traffic to your Reseller website to meet or exceed the sales goals specified in the Reseller agreement.
• Resellers will only get credit for sales that come directly through their Reseller website. 
• All Resellers will have access to the marketing information that we choose to make available.
• All Resellers will receive considerable discounts on additional training we offer.

How the commissions work

• We will charge the Reseller a wholesale rate equal to 80-90% of our current suggested retail pricing for the term of the agreement, allowing the Reseller to determine their own retail or promotional pricing.
• Reseller will be paid commissions after their customer has been billed and payment collected by Axletree Media.  
• Commissions will be calculated and paid to Reseller once a month for the term of the agreement.
• If the Reseller opts to accept credit card payments from their customers, Axletree Media will process the payments and credit card fee’s will be charged back to the Reseller.

How to Become a Reseller

• An initial setup fee ($2500 to $5000) which is negotiable depending upon the terms of agreement and scope of setup work (i.e. Reseller site build out, additional or customized email or phone support lines).
• A minimum number of new account sales per quarter, as well as a minimum of ongoing active accounts.
• A quarterly marketing plan outlined and submitted to Axletree Media.
• New customers to sign up on-line through your own Reseller Site provided by Axletree Media (using a domain of your choice).
• Acceptance of "The Axletree Reseller Agreement".
